To achieve the Business Plan, i.e., sales, profit, delinquency and expense control whilst ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Company, the FCA and other regulatory organisations.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\nAchievement of the Managers Business Plan.\nTo understand, commit and participate fully in the activities of all quality improvement processes.\nTo understand, commit and participate fully in managing service beyond customers’ expectations and to company standards.\nTo support and adhere to the Core Values of the company and ensure that we\nResponsible for the development, quality and maintenance of all loan, sales contracts, insurance and ancillary programs where applicable.\n\nResponsible for all manner of collections and personally handles the difficult assignments such as bankruptcies, litigation, foreclosures, etc.\nResponsible for the hiring, training, development, salaries and advancement of employees.\nResponsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all record-keeping functions and reports.\nResponsible for the physical appearance of the office, the appearance and conduct of employees and the image of the company in the community.\nTo effectively and efficiently complete all duties and responsibilities as assigned, to company standards.\n\nThis role requires strong management and communication skills.
