CNC Miller\n\nPermanent Afternoons – Mon–Thurs 2pm–11pm / Fri 12pm–8pm\n\nNorthampton £40,000–£45,000 per annum + 15% shift allowance\n\nEMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a precision engineering company located in Northampton on a permanent basis.\n\nOur client is a market leading precision engineering, advanced manufacturing business that specialises in machining complex, medium sized components for highly regulated industries including Motorsport, F1 and Automotive.\n\nDue to the nature of the markets our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.\n\nKey Benefits on offer:\n\n * £40,000–£45,000 per annum + 15% evening shift allowance\n\n * Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery\n\n * Hours: Afternoons – Mon–Thurs 2pm–11pm / Fri 12pm–8pm (earlier finish on Fridays)\n\n * Permanent position with a market leading precision engineering business\n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n * Setting, operating and editing multi-axis CNC Milling machines\n\n * Machining complex, metallic, precision components for highly regulated industries such as Automotive, Motorsport, F1 and Aerospace within a fast paced environment\n\n * Working from engineering drawings and 3D models\n\nSuccessful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:\n\n * Minimum of 5 years experience setting, operating and editing multi-axis Milling machines\n\n * Mazak experience is essential\n\n * Siemens or Fanuc control experience also welcomed\n\n * Ability to program CNC milling machines is preferable but not essential\n\n * Experience running multi-axis machining centres would be advantageous\n\n * Ability to work from engineering drawings\n\n * Previous experience machining complex components, ideally within aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, oil & gas or medical sectors\n\nIf you are interested in this CNC Miller opportunity and believe you meet the illustrated criteria, apply today\n\nAbout EMBS Engineering: EMBS Engineering is a dedicated talent specialist that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious, advanced, precision engineering companies within the Aerospace, Automotive/Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Green, Environmental and FMCG industries.
