Land Director

We are seeking an experienced Land Director to lead our acquisition strategy.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime residential development opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the land team in sourcing and securing sites for residential development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities.
• Oversee feasibility studies, appraisals, and due diligence.
• Work closely with planning, technical, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in land acquisition within the UK housebuilding sector.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of planning policy and development processes.
